Kuwait photo requirements

Kuwait's e-government portal says the online passport photo must be 4 × 5 cm with a blue background, in high quality and bright colours, and not older than 6 months. Civil ID photo guidance from PACI is also reported as a recent, frontal, colour photo on a blue background without sunglasses. To change your background, use the background remover and choose blue, then come back here to crop.
