How to add name and date to your photo

  1. Add your photo. Use a recent, front-facing photo.
  2. Type your name. Today's date is filled in for you; change it to the date the photo was taken if the form asks.
  3. Download. Pick the size and KB limit your form needs, then save.

Which forms need a name and date on the photo?

Some exams and recruitment forms ask for a photo with the candidate's name and the date the photo was taken printed below the face, so they can check the photo is recent. Rules change between exams and years, so read your notification first: many forms now ask for a plain photo without text, and some take a live photo instead.
