Three ways to create your signature
- Draw. Sign with your finger on a phone or with a mouse, just like on paper.
- Type. Type your name and pick a handwriting style.
- Upload a photo. Photograph your signature on white paper and the background is removed for you.
PNG or JPG?
Use the transparent PNG to place your signature on PDFs and documents, because there's no white box around it. Use the JPG for online forms that ask for a signature image of a fixed size and KB limit, like IBPS (140 × 60 px, 10–20 KB) or CTET (3.5 × 1.5 cm).
For official exam and job applications, most notifications ask for a signature written by hand on white paper. Use the Upload option for those, and check your notification's rules.
