Applying through Global Passport Seva 2.0
India's Ministry of External Affairs has rolled out Global Passport Seva Version 2.0 at its missions abroad. The Indian Consulate General in Jeddah states that it applies to applicants in Saudi Arabia from 24 October 2025. Applicants fill in the form on the passport portal, upload an ICAO-compliant photograph, upload a scan of their signature and upload the other documents. Check your own mission's notice, because the date and steps can differ by country.
